Call to Worship
Psalm 69:30-36
Leader: I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving.
All: This will please the LORD more than an ox or a bull with horns and hoofs.
Leader: When the humble see it they will be glad; you who seek God, let your hearts revive.
All: For the LORD hears the needy and does not despise his own people who are prisoners.
Leader: Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and everything that moves in them.
All: For God will save Zion and build up the cities of Judah, and people shall dwell there and possess it; the offspring of his servants shall inherit it, and those who love his name shall dwell in it.
Prayer of Adoration
Only A Holy God
by Michael Farren, Jonny Robinson, Dustin Smith, Rich Thompson
Who else commands all the hosts of heaven
Who else could make every king bow down
Who else can whisper and darkness trembles
Only a Holy God
What other beauty demands such praises
What other splendour outshines the sun
What other majesty rules with justice
Only a Holy God
Chorus:
Come and behold Him, the One and the Only
Cry out, sing holy; Forever a Holy God
Come and worship the Holy God
Come and worship the Holy God
What other glory consumes like fire
What other power can raise the dead
What other name remains undefeated
Only a Holy God
Who else could rescue me from my failing
Who else would offer His only Son
Who else invites me to call Him Father
Only a Holy God
Only my Holy God
Who Is Like The Lord (Psalm 113)
Sovereign Grace Music
Saints and servants, hosts of heaven
All creation, Praise the name of the Lord!
Night and morning, sing His glory, now and forevermore
Earthly kingdoms, all dominions
Bow before Him, Praise the name of the Lord!
None as holy, none as worthy, now and forevermore
CHORUS:
Crowned with adoration, He is high above the nations
Who is like the Lord our God? Who is like the Lord our God?
Our Lord Jesus wore our weakness
To redeem us, Praise the name of the Lord!
In His kindness He will keep us now and forevermore
CHORUS:
Crowned with adoration, He is high above the nations
Who is like the Lord our God?
Raised us from the ashes, He has turned our grief to gladness
Who is like the Lord our God? Who is like the Lord our God?
BRIDGE:
High and holy, meek and lowly, There is no one like You
Our Messiah, here beside us, There is no one like You
CHORUS:
Crowned with adoration, He is high above the nations
Who is like the Lord our God?
Raised us from the ashes, He has turned our grief to gladness
Who is like the Lord our God? Who is like the Lord our God?
There is no one like our God! There is no one like our God!
Confession of Sin
Colossians 3:5-10
Leader: Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
All: On account of these the wrath of God is coming.
Leader: In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. But now you must put them all away:
All: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth.
Leader: Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.
Silent Prayers
Assurance of Forgiveness
1 John 3:1-3
Leader: See what kind of love the Father has given to us,
All: that we should be called children of God; and so we are.
Leader: Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared;
All: but we know that when he appears we will be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.
Come, Ye Souls By Sin Afflicted
By Joseph Swain; Arr: Indelible Grace Music
Come, ye souls by sin afflicted
Bowed with fruitless sorrow down
By the broken law convicted
Through the cross behold the crown
Look to Jesus, look to Jesus
Look to Jesus, mercy flows through him alone
Take his easy yoke and wear it
Love will make obedience sweet
Christ will give you strength to bear it
While His wisdom guides your feet
Safe to glory, safe to glory
Safe to glory where his ransomed
captives meet
Blessed are the eyes that see Him
Blest the ears that hear His voice
Blessed are the souls that trust Him
And in Him alone rejoice
His commandments, His commandments
His commandments then become their happy choice
Sweet as home to pilgrim's weary
Light to newly opened eyes
Or full springs in deserts dreary
Is the rest the cross supplies
All who taste it, all who taste it
All who taste it shall to rest immortal rise
Look to Jesus, look to Jesus
Look to Jesus, mercy flows through
Him alone

Sermon Passage
John 2:13-22
13 The Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 In the temple he found those who were selling oxen and sheep and pigeons, and the money-changers sitting there. 15 And making a whip of cords, he drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and oxen. And he poured out the coins of the money-changers and overturned their tables. 16 And he told those who sold the pigeons, "Take these things away; do not make my Father's house a house of trade." 17 His disciples remembered that it was written, "Zeal for your house will consume me."
18 So the Jews said to him, "What sign do you show us for doing these things?" 19 Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up." 20 The Jews then said, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?" 21 But he was speaking about the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they believed the Scripture and the word that Jesus had spoken.

Christ Our Hope In Life And Death
by Keith Getty, Matt Boswell, Jordan Kauflin, Matt Merker, Matt Papa
What is our hope in life and death? Christ alone, Christ alone
What is our only confidence? That our souls to Him belong
Who holds our days within His hand?
What comes, apart from His command?
And what will keep us to the end?
The love of Christ, in which we stand
Chorus:
O sing hallelujah! Our hope springs eternal
O sing hallelujah! Now and ever we confess
Christ our hope in life and death
What truth can calm the troubled soul? God is good, God is good
Where is His grace and goodness known? In our great Redeemer’s blood
Who holds our faith when fears arise? Who stands above the stormy trial?
Who sends the waves that bring us nigh, unto the shore, the rock of Christ?
Unto the grave, what shall we sing? “Christ, He lives; Christ, He lives!”
And what reward will heaven bring? Everlasting life with Him
There we will rise to meet the Lord, then sin and death will be destroyed,
And we will feast in endless joy, when Christ is ours forevermore
The Lord’s Supper

Psalm 107 (We Give Thanks)
Sovereign Grace Music
Once in the wilderness of our sin
We wandered lost and without hope
Into our desert waste God in grace
Came to restore and bring us home
Let the redeemed of God rise up and sing
Chorus:
We give thanks, O God, for Your steadfast love
We give thanks, O God, for You are good, Lord, You are good
We give thanks
Through every pain and trial, You provide
Light in the dark of our distress
Lifting us from on high when we cry
Turning our grief to gratefulness
Let the redeemed of God rise up and sing
You take the darkness and make it as light
Hearts that were dead in sin, You raise to life
You take a barren place and make it a spring
Let the redeemed of God rise up and sing
Let the redeemed of God rise up and sing
Benediction
† We invite you to stretch out your hands as you receive the Lord’s blessing.
